Ceres Power Holdings plc27 January 2006 Ceres Power Holdings plc ("the Company") The Company has been notified, in accordance with Section 198 of the CompaniesAct, that Morley Fund Management Limited, acting as investment manager for anumber of commingled funds, has as a result of trades on or before 27 January2006 disposed of 610,000 ordinary shares, reducing its holding to 1,485,000ordinary shares, representing approximately 2.6% of the Company's issued sharecapital. Morley Fund Management Limited therefore no longer has a notifiableinterest in the ordinary shares of the Company.
