On 17 January 2013 the Company was informed that, on the same date, Vychan Properties Limited ("Vychan") sold 500,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the capital of the Company. Following this disposal, Vychan no longer holds a notifiable interest (greater than 3%) in the Ordinary Share capital of the Company.
