The Company was notified on 16 May 2008 that Renerg Technologies Limited has purchased 2,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 36.8p per share. Following this purchase, Renerg Technologies Limited is interested in 2,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing 4.56% of the issued share capital of the Company.
