The Company was informed on 06 October 2009 that, following a disposal of ordinary shares on 05 October 2009, Hargreave Hale Limited now holds 69,000,000 ordinary shares on behalf of discretionary clients which represents approximately 10.0427% of the entire issued share capital of the Company.
