The Directors of Minds + Machines Group Limited (AIM: MMX) were notified by Guy Elliot on 7 May 2014 that following disposals between 22 April and 6 May Guy Elliott and the Elliott Family Irrevocable Trust is interested in 22,686,350 ordinary shares representing 2.8 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
