Notification of major interest in shares
The Company was notified on 1 October, 2010 of the disposal of 10.7 million ordinary shares of £0.001 per share in the Company [4.7 million on 29 September at 153 pence per share and 6 million on 30 September at 160 pence per share], by Fleming Family & Partners (Liechtenstein) AG as Trustee and connected parties and now have a remaining interest of 4,211,883 being 1.3% in the Company.
The issued share capital and total number of voting rights of the Company at 4 October 2010 is 325,197,098 ordinary shares of £0.001 per share. The figure of 325,197,098 shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they should determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
