The 600 Group PLC announces that it has been notified on 1 October 2008 pursuant to the Disclosure & Transparency Rules by Barclays PLC that Barclays PLC has an interest in 3,108,871 ordinary 25p shares of the Company, all with voting rights, representing 5.43% of the issued share capital of the Company and again on 2 October 2008 that Barclays PLC ceased to have a notifiable interest in the issued share capital of the Company.
