The Company was notified on 15 July 2008 for the purposes of the Disclosure & Transparency

Rules that, as of 15 July 2008, Hoegh Capital Partners has an interest in 9,841,732 ordinary shares

of 25p each in the Company, representing 12.69 per cent of the issued share capital of the

Company. The number of voting rights is also 9,841,732.

The Company was notified on 16 July 2008 for the purposes of the Disclosure

& Transparency Rules that, as of 15 July 2008, State Street Nominees Limited has an interest

in 3,969,835 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company, representing 5.12 per cent of the issued

share capital of the Company. The number of voting rights is also 3,969,835.
