Tracsis has received notice that on 6 June 2011, Downing LLP's total indirect shareholding in Tracsis had increased to 1,966,667 ordinary shares representing 8.18% of the total issued shares of the Company.

Downing LLP acts as discretionary investment manager for the following funds who also notify a change of holdings: Downing Distribution VCT 1 plc now holds 222,222 ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.92% of the total shares in issue in the Company; Downing Distribution VCT 2 plc now holds 777,778 ordinary shares in the Company representing 3.24% of the total shares in issue in the Company; Downing Absolute Income VCT 1 plc now holds 222,222 ordinary shares representing 0.92% of the total shares in issue in the Company; Downing Absolute Income VCT 2 plc now holds 444,445 ordinary shares representing 1.85% of the total shares in issue in the Company and PFS Downing Active Management Fund still holds 300,000 ordinary shares representing 1.25% of the total shares in issue in the Company.
