Significant Shareholder Dealings
Asian Citrus was notified on 3 June 2015 that IGM Financial Inc. sold 9,076,000 ordinary shares of HK$0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 2 June 2015 at an average price of HK$1.34 (equivalent to 11.4 pence) per share.
Following the above transaction, IGM Financial Inc. now holds 79,665,000 Ordinary Shares representing 6.38% of the Company's issued share capital.
