Holding in Company

The Company was notified on 6 September by Aberforth Partners LLP ("Aberforth") that funds managed by Aberforth are interested in 9,548,624 of the Company's ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") which represents 5.81 per cent of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

In addition, Aberforth are interested in a further 3,843,838 shares, but without access to the voting rights of these shares, which means Aberforth is interested in a total of 13,392,462 Ordinary Shares of the Company. This interest arises as a result of the discretionary management powers that Aberforth can exercise over the funds of their clients, although Aberforth are not the beneficial owner of these shares.
