NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTERESTS IN SHARES

The Company was informed on 14 July 2008 that, since 25 September 2007, Jupiter Asset Management Limited has had an interest in 2,085,000 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company, representing approximately 4.66% of the issued share capital of the Company. The number of voting rights is also 2,085,000.

The Company was also informed on 14 July 2008 that, since 22 May 2008, Marlborough Fund Managers Limited no longer holds a notifiable interest in the Company.
