Steppe Cement Ltd ("Steppe Cement") has been advised by its significant shareholder, BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited ("BlackRock"), that it has reduced its interest in Steppe Cement's shares to below 3% of the total issued shares and as such, BlackRock is no longer a significant shareholder of Steppe Cement.
