Summit DT Equity Holdings 3 LP ("Summit DT 3") entered into a swap transaction in November 2023 to reduce its long position, subject to certain conditions. On 27 December 2023, the initial settlement date, Summit DT 3 transferred 9,822,038 ordinary shares to the swap counterparty pursuant to such swap transaction.
