The reported disposal of an indirect holding of voting rights arose from the expiration of voting arrangements involving Luna, Inc., Mr. Loren Bough, Mr. Alexander Easton, Mr. Edward Nicholson and Cebalrai Holdings S.à.r.l. as a result of which Luna, Inc. no longer has an indirect holding of 5,625,105.6 voting rights.
