DISCLOSURE OF INTEREST IN SHARES
The Company received notification on 4 December 2008 that Aviva plc & its subsidiaries have increased their notifiable interest from 31,892,212 to 32,110,947 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company, representing 5.02% of the relevant share capital. This results in their number of voting rights being 20,970,260 (direct) and 11,140,687 (indirect).
