Everfor Resources Plc ("Everfor", or the "Company"), announces that on 19 May 2009 it received a notification given in fulfilment of the obligations imposed under Chapter 5 of the Disclosure Transparency Rules by Rensburg Sheppards Investment Management Limited, that it is interested in 175,000 or 3.54% of the Ordinary shares of 1p each of Everfor Resources Plc. Client holdings registered in the name of nominee companies are 100% owned by Rensburg Sheppards Investment Management Limited.

Previously Rensburg Sheppards Investment Management Limited was interested in 275,000 Ordinary Shares or 5.56% of the total number of shares in issue.
