Holding in Company
The Board of IPSO were informed on 14 June 2012 that, following a purchase of 400,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 17 April 2012 in an off-market transaction at a price of 2.875 pence per Ordinary Share, Andrew Hobbs now has a total beneficial interest in 5,740,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 14.56% of IPSO's total issued share capital.
