The Board of Frontier announces that it was notified on 30 August 2019 that on the 30 August 2019, Science Group plc purchased a total of 294,140 shares in the capital of the Company at a price of 25 pence per share.
Science Group plc now holds a total interest in 32,120,423 ordinary shares in the capital of Frontier, equivalent to 71.6 per cent. of the voting share capital of the Company.
