Hightex, a leading systems engineering company, which designs, fabricates and installs large area, cable supported, lightweight membrane roofs and façades worldwide, was notified on 2 January 2012 that J.H. and Mrs. R.S. Gunn now own 8,557,902 ordinary shares ordinary shares in Hightex. This represents approximately 3.1% of the Company's total and current issued share capital. After the expected admission on 4 January 2012 of 8,333,334 further shares (from the placing of December 2011) this shareholding will represent approximately 3.03% of the expected enlarged issued share capital of 282,820,727 ordinary shares.
