Holdings in Company

The Company was informed today that as a result of recent share purchases, Cadrela Malta Limited has increased its holding in the Company. It now holds the total voting rights attaching to 25 million ordinary shares in the Company representing 4.28% of the total voting rights in the Company.

The Company confirms that it has a total number of 583,050,000 ordinary shares in issue and a total number of 583,050,000 voting rights.
