Dublin, London, 28 February 2019: The Company received a notification on 26 February 2018 stating that on 20 February 2019, AXA Investment Managers was the holder of 9,536,295 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing approximately 7.91% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. In its previous notification, AXA Investment Managers had a position in 10,404,387 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 8.63% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
