Holding in Company
CloudTag (CTAG:LN), the company that brings personal monitoring to the health, wellbeing and fitness markets has been notified by Mike Hirschfield, a former director of the Company, that on 3 September he purchased 3,250,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 2.5 pence per share. This brings his beneficial holding to 13,120,834 shares representing 6.43% of the Company's issued share capital.
