The Company was advised today that Mr Mark Jackson now holds an interest of 2,600,000 ordinary shares, equivalent to 5.22% of the issued share capital of the Company.
Mr Jackson's holding has been increased through Ventura Finance Limited which is beneficially owned by Mr Jackson:
