Balfour Beatty plc ("the Company") received notice today from Causeway Capital Management LLC ("Causeway Capital Management") that Causeway Capital Management now hold voting rights over 49,050,255 ordinary shares in the Company, all of which are held directly. This represents 7.11% of the Company's total voting rights.
