The Company was notified on 2 November 2007 in accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules that, following a purchase on 18 October 2007 of 100,000 ordinary shares in Corero, representing 0.22 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the Company, Roy Mitchell holds 1,905,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 4.18 per cent. of the total voting rights of Corero.
