The Company received a notification on 5th August 2011 from Blackrock Investment Management stating that Blackrock Investment Management exercises voting rights over 95,565,113 ordinary shares which represents 4.03% per cent* of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
* This percentage shareholding is based on a shares in issue figure of 2,369,605,049ordinary shares.
