Zoltav announces that it was notified on 2 December 2011 that on 24 November 2011 Mark Nicholas Tompkins acquired 2,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and on 1 December 2011 acquired 1,500,000 Ordinary Shares. As a result of these transactions he is interested in 26,500,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 7.06 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
