Origin Enterprises plc ('Origin' or the 'Company') has received notification today from Invesco Limited of an increase in its shareholding in the Company. Following the acquisition of 335,400 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the capital of the Company, Invesco Limited is now the holder of 6,514,481 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in Origin. This holding represents 5.187% of the Company's issued share capital, excluding treasury shares.
