Holding in Company

On 26 September 2008, LMS Capital plc ("the Company") received the following notification:

On 24 September 2008, Schroders plc acquired sufficient shares to take their notifiable holding above 12%. Their registered holding is 40,549,631 ordinary shares in the Company, however, Schroders only have the voting rights over 34,399,523 ordinary shares, being 12.24%. These are held as follows:

Schroder Investment Management Limited: 32,741,155 (11.65%)

Schroder Investment Management North America Limited: 1,410,966 (0.50%)

Schroder & Co Limited: 247,402 (0.09%)
