Holding in Company
Scotgold Resources Limited ("Scotgold" or "the Company") (ASX:SGX) (AIM:SGZ) was informed on 11 June 2013 that Mr Shane Sadleir a significant shareholder in Scotgold has disposed through the series of ten on market sales set out in Table 1 below, an aggregate of 5,004,918 ordinary shares in the Company. Following the disposals the Company believes that Mr Sadleir has a remaining holding of 9,961,063 ordinary shares representing 4.71 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. Mr Sadleir's holding is held directly and through Mineral Products Holdings Pty Ltd.
