Grant of Share Options

Matchtech Group PLC (the "Company") announces that it has granted the following share awards ("LTIP Awards") in the form of nil-cost options to its Executive Directors on 30 January 2015 under the Matchtech Group PLC 2006 Long-Term Incentive Plan (the 'LTIP'):

The LTIP Awards will be capable of release and become exercisable at the end of a three year holding period, subject to the Executive Director being continuously employed and the satisfaction of an earnings per share target over a three year performance period.
