Ensor Holdings PLC Grant of options

Ensor Holdings PLC (the "Company") announces it has granted options over 200,000 ordinary shares of 10p each on 18 December 2006 to Roger Harrison, a Non-executive Director of the Company, under the Company's existing EMI Scheme. The options are exercisable after one year from the date of grant at a price of 25p per share. Mr Harrison is currently the beneficial owner of 10,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company representing approximately 0.03 per cent. of the issued share capital.
