Aisi Realty Public Limited17 October 2007 17 October 2007 Aisi Realty Public Limited ("Aisi" or "the Company") Grant of Options Further to the announcement of 16 October 2007 regarding Dr Franz Hoerhager'sappointment as a non-executive director of Aisi, the Company would like toannounce that Dr. Hoerhager has been granted 182,927 options to subscribe forordinary shares of €0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as part of hisremuneration. Of these, 121,929 options will be exercisable immediately at anexercise price of 40p per Ordinary Share and the remaining 60,988 options willbe exercisable in twelve months at an exercise price 25 per cent. above theinitial exercise price.
