Grant of Options
The Company wishes to announce the following grants of options (Options) on 27 September 2010 in Renold's ordinary shares of 5p each (Shares) in accordance with the rules of The Renold plc 2004 Non Inland Revenue Approved Company Share Option Plan:
Brian Tenner (Finance Director): 678,898 Shares
The Options have been issued with an exercise price of 27.25p per Share and no consideration was paid for the grant of the Options.
Following the issue of the Options, Mr Tenner holds the following share options:
