("SafeCharge", the "Company", or the "Group")
Grant of Options
On 9 September 2014, the board of SafeCharge (AIM: SCH), the international provider of payments services, risk management and IT solutions for online businesses, awarded to certain directors and senior management of the Company 5,990,370 share options, exercisable into new ordinary shares of US$0.0001 in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 225.5 pence per share (equivalent to the closing share price on 9 September 2014) ("Options"). Out of the total award of 5,990,370 Options, 2,995,185 have been awarded to David Avgi, 524,157 to Tim Mickley, with the balance awarded to certain senior management.
As at the date of this announcement the following options over Ordinary Shares have been granted to the directors of the Company and are outstanding:
