Stadium Group PLC05 April 2005 STADIUM GROUP PLC 5 APRIL 2005 GRANT OF OPTIONS Stadium Group plc, the AIM listed provider of Electronic Manufacturing Services,yesterday issued options over 379,500 ordinary shares under the StadiumExecutive Share Option Scheme, equivalent to approximately 1.3% of the currentissued share capital. The options are exercisable at a price of 85.5 pencebetween 4 April 2008 and 4 April 2015. Options were allocated amongst 21 key employees of the Group in Asia and the UK,including 37,500 options to each of Ken Leung, Nigel Rogers and Kamal Verma whoare directors.
