Holders Technology plc, (AIM: HDT), announces that on 28 July 2009 it granted 67,500 options to directors and employees under the Holders Technology Employee Share Option Scheme No. 1 (EMS). These options are exercisable between 28 July 2012 and 27 July 2015 at a price of 68.5 pence per share and are subject to certain performance conditions. Included in the options granted are those granted to directors as follows:
