GDR admission to AIX

ROS AGRO PLC informs that Global Depositary Receipts (GDR) for shares of ROS AGRO PLC (ISIN US749552057) have been admitted to trading at Astana International Exchange (AIX). located at: Mangilik El 55/19, Block C 3.4, Astana, the Republic of Kazakhstan. This decision was adopted by AIX on March 20, 2023.

In April 2011 ROS AGRO PLC placed an issue of the GDRs at the Main Market of London Stock Exchange (LSE). In 2014, the GDRs were admitted to trading at Moscow Exchange in the top quotation list. ROS AGRO PLC has no plans to issue new shares in connection with its listing at AIX.
