Further re Directorate Appointments
Further to the recent announcement of the appointment of Mr C V Geoghegan and Mrs V Murray OBE as Non-Executive Directors of the Company with effect from 1 July 2009 and the appointment of Mr J C Nicholls as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 6 November 2009.
There are no matters which require disclosure in respect of Mr Geoghegan, Mrs Murray and Mr Nicholls in accordance with LR9.6.13 (2) to (6).
