Posting of Annual Report & Notice of AGM
Bioquell PLC, confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2015, the Notice of the Annual General Meeting and a Form of Proxy are available on the Company's website: www.bioquellplc.com
The AGM is to be held on Friday 10 June 2016 at 12 noon at the offices of the Company: 52 Royce Close, West Portway Industrial Estate, Andover, Hampshire, SP10 3TS.
The 2015 Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of the Annual General Meeting are being posted to shareholders today.
The Notice of the Annual General Meeting contains a resolution to appoint Mr Ian Johnson as a non-executive director of the Company. Further biographical details for Mr Johnson are contained in the AGM notice.
