20 October 2008 WALCOM GROUP LIMITED ("Walcom" or "the Company") Further re: Acquisition of Beijing New World Bio-technology Company Limited ("BNWB")

Further to the announcement of 30 June 2008, detailing the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of BNWB, Walcom announces that the outstanding conditions have now been satisfied. Accordingly, the 3,923,497 ordinary shares to be issued in consideration for the acquisition have now been allotted and application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. Trading in the new ordinary shares is expected to commence on 23 October 2008. Following admission of the new shares, the Company will have 68,834,388 ordinary shares admitted to trading on AIM.
