Fundraising update
appScatter Group plc (AIM: APPS), the app management and data intelligence platform, announces that further to the announcement dated 8 April 2019, the board is waiting for the remainder the £2.2 million subscription for new ordinary shares in appScatter ("Ordinary Shares"). Once all the funds have been received the Company will issue a further announcement applying for all the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to AIM.
This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of Regulation (EU) 596/2014.
