BOARD MEETING OF UNITED BANK LIMITED ("UBL")
This is to inform you that 173rd meeting of the Board of Directors of UBL will be held on 28 July 2011 at 10:00 a.m. (London Time) at London, UK to consider and approve the Half Year Accounts of UBL for the period ended 30-06-2011.
We will communicate the financial results for the said period to the exchanges on next working day i.e. 29 July 2011 from our fax numbers 021- 32411749 or 021-990332304.
The Bank has declared the "Closed Period" from 19 July 2011 to 28 July 2011 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause (xxvi) of the Code of Corporate Governance contained in the Listing Regulations of the Stock Exchanges. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in / buy & sell the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
