Smurfit Westrock plc (the “Company”) today filed a Form 8-K with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) disclosing that Mr. Dmitri Stockton, a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”), has notified the Company that he will be stepping down from the Board, effective as of the conclusion of the Company’s 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, which is currently scheduled for 2 May 2025.
