("Providence" or the "Company") Final Warrant Extension Following the approval of the Waiver resolution at the Company's EGM heldearlier today the Directors of Providence have unanimously resolved that thewarrants will expire on Firday, 22nd July 2005. This period to expiry willprovide all remaining warrantholders with an opportunity to exercise theirwarrants at an exercise price of €0.045 per share prior to Friday, 22nd July2005.
