Final results for the year ended 31 December 2013
Trading in the Company's ordinary shares was suspended today pending publication of the Company's audited accounts for the year ended 31 December 2013.
In the course of carrying out its audit for the year ended 31 December 2013 the Company has been reviewing with its auditors the carrying value of its intellectual property portfolio ("IPP"). Whilst the Company now believes that it will be in a position to commence production for anticipated sales of its eRoof products based on patents granted and applied for, the Company and its auditors have not finalised their review of the IPP in time to publish the final year end results today. The Company is working with its auditors to agree a position with a view to releasing the final results for 2013 as soon as possible.
