Final Dividend

As previously announced, the Company intends to pay a dividend of 63 cents per share on 5 June 2015 to shareholders on the register at close of business on 8 May 2015.

Where shareholders have not elected to receive dividends in US Dollars the Company will translate the US Dollar amount into sterling at the closing USD / GBP exchange rate on 8 May 2015 which was 1.5450 giving a dividend in sterling of 40.7767p per share.
