Filing of Registration Statement with the SEC

Titanium is pleased to announce that, on 25 July 2008, it filed a registration statement on Form 10 under the U.S. Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the "Registration Statement") with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in accordance with its obligation to do so under the Investor Rights Agreement described in Titanium's admission document dated 18 June 2007. The Registration Statement will become effective sixty days after filing.
