Federal Grid Company Sells 10% Stake in Inter RAO
Moscow, 02 July 2018 - Federal Grid Company of Unified Energy System ("Federal Grid Company" or "the Company"; Moscow Exchange, LSE: FEES), part of PJSC ROSSETI Group of Companies, and the operator of the Unified National Electricity Grid ("UNEG"), announces that the Board of Directors at its meeting on 27 June 2018 approved a decision to sell 10,440,000,000 shares of PJSC Inter RAO (representing a 10% stake in Inter RAO) that are currently owned by Federal Grid Company. The shares will be sold to Inter RAO Group companies and DVB-Leasing LLC. The sale price will be RUB 3.3463 per share, or RUB 34.94 billion in total.
Following the completion of these transactions, Federal Grid Company's stake in the authorised share capital of Inter RAO will decrease from 18.57% to 8.57%.
